Save the Date: Brimhall Silent Auction - Adults Night Out November 21 @ 7 PM
The work of Brimhall PTA happens between the monthly meetings. There are many opportunities to get involved as a volunteer. The gift of time is an important way to contribute to our school and create a community. On a volunteer team, you’ll connect with other Brimhall families while helping plan events and activities, showing appreciation for staff, designing the yearbook, organizing fundraisers, or pitching in at celebrations and school traditions.
Volunteers needed for:
All School Bingo November
Spring Plant Sale April /May
Spirit Festival: Planning Starts in early March/April
Diversity & Inclusion Committee (meets before PTA meetings)
Wednesday Folder Stuffing Team: Meets every Wednesday Morning
25-26 Yearbook Committee Meets monthly
Book Fair Volunteers
There are several ways you can donate your time:
Lead Organizer - if you are interested in leading one of our events and thrive as a project manager, we have several events that need a lead.
Event Volunteer - if you are more interested in helping get things done and work well with others, your assistance is needed on several events.
Day-of Volunteer - if you are limited on time but still want to assist, Brimhall PTA can always use volunteers during the day of our events. Simply show up and help event leaders for a shift.
Other - we are always looking for anyone with special skill sets to help from design to fundraising. Email us at brimhallptaboard@gmail.com.
You don't have to have a student to volunteer with Brimhall PTA. Grandparents, older siblings, extended family, friends and the community are always welcome to get involved. PTA membership is not require and we aim to connect as many people as we can to our school community.
